i will strive to perform to the best of my ability in good faith and warrants Work is 100% original according to my best knowledge.

i may use commercially licensed, copyright-free and/or educational materials, assets and/or tools.

i warrant that i will not copy or heavily reference unauthorised materials.

i reserve the right to refuse projects or requests based on content, subject, or other reasons.

I will define scope of work, features, price, deliverables and other details for the project in a proposal in a format according to my discretion which may include private message through Discord or Twitter, Google document, or email. The details set forth by myself shall be agreed upon by the Client before work begins.

i will notify a client when their commission is being worked on. commissions may take 2 weeks at minimum, and up to 6 months. any extensions will be clearly communicated in a worst-case scenario.

I will not create content that is explicit, offensive, or inappropriate.
Specific restrictions include but are not limited to: mechs, explicit adult content, underage characters, excessive muscles, copied styles, and gender identities or cultures the I may not be able to portray authentically.

All payments, after confirmation of the price, will be made via either ko-fi, cashapp, or PayPal. When the commission details (+references) have been confirmed and you have accepted these terms, I will begin working on your commission the next day.

Don't be afraid to ask for updates on your commission, and please be responsive if asked for input on your work.

Please limit your revisions. Once you confirm the sketch, please try not to change it further, as once I have started coloring it is hard to go back. a revision fee of $25 will be charged if you attempt to ask for revisions after the sketch phase.

I refund based on the amount of work left. So if I have completed $10 worth of work out of the full $15, you will receive a $5 refund.

No refunds will be offered once the commission is completed.

Do not claim, sell, or redistribute my work. Please inform me if you intend to use my work for commercial purposes. Commissions are for personal use only unless stated otherwise.

Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use part of their commissioned artwork for blockchain-related technology, cryptocurrency, NFTs (non-fungible tokens), and future inventions in the space. Use of artwork for any advertising or profits associated with blockchain-related technology, cryptocurrency, and NFTs are strictly prohibited.
